A Note About Lodging
Retreat pricing includes dorm-style lodging on-site at Dogwood Exchange.
Each attendee will have their own bed, and the space is handicap accessible.
If you prefer private or hotel-style accommodations, you are welcome to book your own nearby hotel at your own expense.
Please note: the $750 retreat price remains the same, regardless of lodging preference.

The Retreat Rundown

Location: Dogwood Exchange, 4950 Hay 127 S Crossville, TN (on a 12-acre property with vendors on-site)

Dates: August 3–7, 2025 (arrive on the 3rd beginning at 2 pm CST and depart by 11 am CST on 7th)

Shopping: Mornings are for the 127 Sale

Crafting: Afternoons are for turning your treasures into upcycled magic

Evenings: Bonfires, games, chats, or even more shopping—your choice

Transportation: Included during retreat hours for 127 Sale trips; travel to and from the retreat is not included. Nashville Airport (BNA) is 1.5 hours away and Knoxville Airport (TYS) is 1.25 hours away.

Meals and Lodging: Included with registration (unless you opt for your own hotel)
Cost: $750
Includes meals, lodging (dorm-style), supplies, retreat workshops, and daily 127 Sale trips.
Refunds are not available, but if you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another participant. New participants name needs to be provided to host.
