We are located in Crossville, TN on the beautiful Cumberland Plateau with 12 acres in the historic Homesteads area. Retreat guests will stay in our newly remodeled 1935 stone Homesteads House and our newly built glamped barn.
The Homesteads house has a full functioning kitchen along with 3 bedrooms (two upstairs and 1 downstairs) with 1 bathroom. The barn has a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The barn is home to the 24X45 open work area with large windows allowing natural light and a beautiful natural setting. Extra outlets on separate circuits have been installed for the electrical needs of sewers. Retreat center is also open to scrap bookers, knitters, crocheters, sewers, and other approved arts.
The two upstairs bedrooms in the Homesteads House has 2 twin beds for two-person occupancy per room. One bedroom in the barn has a double bed for one or two people and the other has two twin beds. The retreat guests will be capped at 10 participants with a minimum of 6.
The cost for the retreat is based on $60 per person per night making the cost for this retreat $180 per person when the minimum is met. The deposit of $270 is 25% of the 6 person occupancy. Balance is due upon arrival and the total amount is subject to 9.75% sales tax and 7% County Hotel/Motel Tax. A full refund is available 30 days prior to arrival date only.
Guest will have the option of preparing their own meals or catering can be arranged for an additional cost.
Guests will bring their own supplies for their projects. Ironing stations, design walls and individual wood tables will be provided.
